An early effervescence has finally departed this wine, leaving behind cherry fruit, a hint of forest floor, and Central Coast signature green tomato. There&#8217;s an odd little nuance in the aroma which I hesitate to describe; asafetida, maybe? Elegant and uncomplicated, nice drinking wine.
