How could that be? &#8217;95 is a fine vintage, Cailloux has been a fine wine- must be that poor sap&#8217;s storage, right? Well, I didn&#8217;t have any &#8217;95 at hand, but I did have a half-bottle of &#8217;94. OK, that will do&#8230; OUCH! A blast of vinegar, followed on by chocolatey madeira. Just awful. Time in the glass was NOT kind. I&#8217;ll admit it- mid &#8217;90s Cailloux has a problem.
