I was familiar with Vache&#8217;s Cuvee des Templiers, but this was a new one for me. The fatboy informed me that it&#8217;s made from botrytis-infected red grapes, principally Grenache. All I could tell was that it was massive and excruciatingly tannic. After a day of airing out, it became excruciatingly tannic and massive.
