The nose is classic Russian River Pinot with Rochioli nuances. Cherry nose with plenty of oak. Doses of cola, 5 spice powder and a hint of tea add a touch of complexity. Rich and sweet in the mouth, the palate does not match the nose in complexity. A mellow tannin and acid structure warrant another 2-6 years of cellaring for the wine to reach its full potential.
