The &#8217;91 C has lost its primary sulfur and raspberry, and now shows more of the Juge poopy-lilac perfume. Supple and fleshy, the &#8217;91 has an impressive fan of flavor, medium body, and outstanding length. There&#8217;s an attractive herbal nuance to complete the picture. Drinking well now, it is in no danger of senility in the next ten years. <\/p>\n<p>SY (8\/99) <\/p>\n<p>Update: I underestimated how good this was going to get. It&#8217;s even richer and spicier now, stunning Cornas.
