1993 Niellon Chassagne-Montrachet “Clos de la Maltroie”

This gets better each time I taste it. There’s an interesting sense of tension in the flavor, and the nuts and stones spread out and persist nicely. I had a particularly sweet caprese in front of me, and the pairing worked surprisingly well.
