1993 Dujac Clos St-Denis

There’s no surprise at all that red Burgundy and mushrooms have an affinity. A ’93 Dujac Clos St-Denis stopped conversation. It’s nowhere close to mature, but it’s still bursting with spices and has a great fruit intensity. A little gaminess is attractive to this Rhône freak. And this was the lightest of Dujac’s Grands Crus in ’93!
